P: Distraction Removal: People (CR & LrClassic)

I use this tool over a blue sky and the people silhouette left a white shadow over the blue sky 

Distraction Removal > People crashes Camera Raw when launched from Adobe Bridge — Intel Arc B580

Hello Adobe team,

I am experiencing a crash when using Distraction Removal > People in Adobe Camera Raw launched from Adobe Bridge.

My GPU is Intel Arc B580 with 12 GB VRAM.
Installed graphics driver: 32.0.101.9150.

Camera Raw correctly detects the GPU and reports that full GPU acceleration is enabled. However, detecting distracting people fails and the application crashes.

Importantly, people removal works when I use Camera Raw through Photoshop. The crash occurs when using it through Bridge.

The error dialog shows:
• Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library — “Assertion failed!”
• Intel driver module: igd12um64xe2.dll
• Source path includes DnniPluginNext and utils.hpp
• Line: 553

Resetting GPU support and restarting the applications did not resolve the issue.

I purchased this GPU specifically to accelerate AI-assisted photo editing. Disabling GPU inference is not a satisfactory permanent solution.

Please clarify whether this is a known compatibility issue, what additional diagnostic information you need, and how to resolve it while retaining GPU acceleration.

Please provide a written response and, if this is a confirmed bug, its tracking reference and fix status.

MISSING PROBABLY 6 PEOPLE

No funciona en Camera RAW la herramienta quitar personas. También PS me da problemas con las máscaras de luminosidad, el pincel no marca. 

Photoshop can find distracting people. However, two ‘persons’ were actually a bridge and a fence. Should not be a problem if I could ‘delete the pin’ of ‘persons’ I want to keep. However, no pin shown. Instead a red area is shown with an eraser. But I cannot delete these. The mouse cursor keeps being zoom in/out. Also no separate layers on the right shown to delete one or the other. So currently the feature cannot help me unfortunately.

can not find any people maybe 1or 2 only

The removed person is in front of a fat giant panda for the 2026 Panda Fest. Removing person(s) is done well, however, the fat panda’s body became small, not proportional to the panda head.

Gdy wybrałam usuwanie kurzu w CR i chciałam wejść i poprawić dodatkowe, nieusunięte kropki, CR się zamknęło.

I could not get it to select a person i wanted removed. There was no pin on that person.

I had three people in an image that were identified. It removed them and then added another person in. I manually selected that person, which was removed and yet another person added. Very strange behavior.
