P: Distraction Removal: People (CR & LrClassic)

Removed the people and replaced them with an oven. We were nowhere near a kitchen. My favourite is when it replaces it with more people, or only selects the people I want in the photo. This tool rarely works and needs more work, please!

It removed the people alright but also removed part of the car I was focused on.  This tool has gotten worse with enhancements, less usable.

A year later and shooting inside 70 Italian churches with a medium format Tilt shift lens on a tripod, I can tell you that people remove works 500 times better now than it did a year ago (the last time I commented).  It is a game changer now. The ID of people grouping, removal and fill is infinitely better - especially the fill.  

The people distraction does not allow you to change the selected area.  In my example it selected the people including the foot of the horse statue and then changed the hoof to look like a dog’s paw.  Not useful at all.

Good addition but it doesn’t always pick up all the distractions.  Need to be able to add more people distractions

it needs to be able to be refined when it chooses more than it should. but it is a good addition!

Frequently leaves a shadow and even more often misses people.  need an option to search for additional people distractions or to put a pin on the person and have it removed.  The erase tool (when someone is behind a fence at a baseball game) will also take out the fence, but the erase people too misses more than it gets

Great feature but in images that leave a shadow, the shadow is still there.
