Through command line the DNG convert not converts the raw image,

I am using "DNGConverter_13_0.exe" for convert a raw image to dng.

C:> "folder path\Adobe DNG Converter.exe" "\process" "test.arw"

it open the UI and manullay need to select "Convert" button to convert image.

Also gave option params  -c to stop show the converter UI, it not showing UI but image convertion process not started.

Any specific paramter need to specify from command line to convert image?
