0% Score and "1" Grade - Captivate 3 and TotalLMS 7.6
This is a problem that we have had with all versions of
Captivate and SumTotal Aspen, TotalLMS 7.2 and 7.6.
When a user closes down a CBT before answering any questions he receives the Score of 0% and Grade of "1".
It also shows a status of "Completed" and "Failed." If the user answers any of the questions, it generates the correct score and grade, but again marks the CBT "Complete" and "Failed", or "Passed" depending on the score.
We were experiencing the popup at beginning of CBT, however Andrew Chemey's Scorm code alleviated that problem.
The quiz settings are for "Pass/Fail", but I believe it does the same for "Complete/Incomplete"
Would anybody have an idea of how we can set Captivate so that the LMS reports any unfinished CBT as "In Progress."
