(12.6) Results Slide Not Forwarding Based On Pass/Fail

Hi Team,

New user here with version 12.6.

I have a graded exam, and in theory I've correctly set the pass/fail criteria (adjusted the slider to pass at 65%), and set the results slide to forward to either a "Congrats you passed" screen or a "Sorry try again" screen. The problem is, regardless of if I pass or fail it while in preview mode, hitting the continue button on the results slide always takes me to whatever the next slide in the slide order is. I can't figure out how to get it to activate based on score. 

I've attached a screenshot showing the pass/fail settings and one of the quiz preferences.

Any ideas?
