2 flash files when publishing?

Hi

I am busy publishing to flash from Captivate 3 in order to insert the flash file into Articulate Presenter (Powerpoint slide). Problem i have is that for some reason Cap3 is publishing 2 flash files - one with the course content and then another small flash file (about 13k) with only the skin. I need one single flash file with skin included to insert into Articulate Presenter/Powerpoint, how do i configure Cap3 to produce 1 flash file like Cap2 and 1 does?
I thought that maybe unchecking "publish to html" would solve my problem but Cap3 is still generating 2 flash files?
