360 Video slide with Question hotspot does not transition to next slide automatically

Hi there,I'm building a 360 VR in Captivate using 360 videos. I have no problem getting the timing to work on when the hotspot to work, my problem is that the slide will not tranisition automatically without the user pressing the play button on th player, which would be troublesome if the user was viewing this course using a device in VR mode. Which, that doesnt work either by the way. Yes I have the lastest version 11.8. This is a very important project with lots of eyes. Any help would be apprecatiated.

Not sure to understand correctly because a VR project has no slides. Is this a static image or a video? How did you set up the Question slide, can you post a screenshot? Please also a screenshot of the Timeline, to see how the hotspots are timed, staggered on the video. Some more info:
