5.5 - Slide showing as white screen

I have created a Captivate 5.5 which contains click boxes and text boxes which users must interact with to advance the presentation. When I preview and publish and then preview the presentation, it gets to slide 3 (the first slide with a text box) and just goes white. I have checked all of the properties and the timeline and cannot figure out what is causing this. I will send the Captivate file to you if necessary.

Before you worry about sending the file anywhere, can you take a screenshot of the timeline for the problem slide and upload it to the forum here (use the little camera icon) so that we can take a look?

Christina, is this the last slide? Check Preferences, Project, Start and End? If fade out is activated, could be that the pausing point is in the fade out transition?
