I have reinstalled and tryed to follow all advise regarding the fatal error when I start Captivate 9. The issue persist.

I would like to know how to upgrade to the latest version, since I cannot get to the application menus before the ...fatal error message shows up.

I am running Captivate 9 64bit; OS is Windows 10; all files are stored locally; I also have Adobe CC installed on the same machine.

BTW I did run the 'CleanPreferencesWin.bat' file as administrator, this did not resolve the issue.

Please help.

Do you have a subscription or a perpetual license?

Hi Lilybiri,

Thank you for the quick response.

It is a perpetual license. Didn't know you get subscription license for Captivate.
