A Web Link works in the PowerPoint but doesn't work in the Preview for Presenter 10, will it work when published?

I have created a Presenter 10 video, but haven't published it yet. I have a web link in the video for viewers to go to to watch another video, but the link doesn't work when I preview the Presenter video.  is there something I am doing wrong?
