Accedently deleted a review link that had comments on it... Can I restore it?

I had a course that had two review links… one of the review links was linked to a completely unrelated course. I assume that a user copied that file to create this new course and they shared the same LMS info.

I attempted to unlink those two courses regarding review links (I only wanted to see the relevant review link in that courses review link list). And it would seem that I deleted the review link and all the comments that were on it… Is there a way of restoring it? If not, why isnt there?
