Access denied script error when viewing Captivate swf in SharePoint

When I embed a Captivate 5-generated .swf in a SharePoint Page Viewer web part (which is an iframe) I repeatedly encounter the following script error:

Line:1

Char:1

Error:Access is denied

Previously I have had no problems using this technique with other swfs, generated by an earlier version of Captivate or other applications. Searching the Web suggested that this might be due to some security settings, either in Flash or Internet Explorer but I have had no success trying to fix it. I haven't tried another browser yet.

Has anyone any ideas? Thanks.

I am getting the same thing as I try to view the .swf file in my LMS

    Line: 1

    Char: 1

    Error: Access is denied

    Code: 0

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Are the Captivate swf files on the same domain as the Sharepoint site or the LMS? If they are not on the same domain, then you may be going through a domain security issue. In case you wonder ... by domain I mean 'something.com'. So, if the LMS address is 'www.mylms.com' and that the swf are on 'www.mycontent.com' then you may get a domain security issue that can cause your problem.

    Hello Ian,

Is the issue resolved for you? If not, can you share a sharepoint URL to have a look at the issue. Currently I don't have access to sharepoint and reproducing the issue might be difficult.

    Thanks,
