Activate Captivate 2017 Device in Adobe ID

Hello... I recently installed Adobe Captivate 2017 on my computer using my existing Adobe ID. This ID and the software are on my laptop which also has my Creative Cloud and account. For some reason the Captivate license won't show up as activated on my Adobe Manage Account Settings. Can someone help? The software seems to work fine, but I'd prefer to be able to track which computer it's assigned to.

    Hi,

    As mentioned by Lilybiri, Adobe Captivate is not a part of CC you will need to purchase it separately. If you have already purchased it then you can see the purchase under adobe.com. It will not show up in the CC desktop app. 

    If you have a subscription you need to activate it using the Adobe ID by which you have purchased Captivate subscription or need to use the serial key if you have the perpetual license.

    Adobe Captivate is not part of the CC, it will not show up in the CC manager . Do you hava a subscription or a perpetual license for Captivate?
