I recently purchased a computer with enough internal memory to download captivate.

The steps I reviewed mentioned an activation code I should have recieved.

I have searched my emails unsuccessfully.

How can I request another activation code?

I currently pay a monthly subscription of $29.99 that regenerates each month.

    If you are paying for a monthly subscription then you don't need an activation code.  Your permission to use Captivate will be added to your Adobe ID.  You'll need to be logged in with your Adobe ID when using Captivate.
