Activation of Adobe Captivate broken

I had adobe Captivate working properly.  There was a problem with my computer that caused me to have my system board replaced, and since then the software is acting like it has never been activated, and its not allowing me to use it.  Its saying it needs my serial number again or to use a 30 day trial version.
