activation problems Captivate WIN

I have a old version of captivate which years ago I activated. The original computer it was  loaded into no longer exists and I want to load it into my new computer.

The phone numbers are all out of date and no longer working and it says no internet connection when trying with my original key.  Am I out of luck or is there some way to still use this product?

    By 'old version / year ago' what version do you mean?

    Have you verified that it will run on your current hardware and OS?

    ​You may be fighting a battle you can't win, if it is that out of date.
