Add Form Elements

Is there a way add "standard" form elements to a slide?

I need to produce some slides with checkboxes, text edit fields, radio buttons, drop down lists and list boxes but Cp doesn't seem to include any.

Are they something I have to manually create?

Widgets (to be found in the Gallery) are not compatible with HTML5 output. You need to use Learning Interactions. The included ones are discussed here (with a downloadable table). In the Assets you can find more interactions

Thanks for that. I was close but no cigar :-)

Sorry I have a problem I'm hoping I can be helped with. The folder

    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 9 x64\Gallery\Interactions

    and

    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets\Interactions_9_0

each have 31 *.wdgt files in it. When I go to Interactions > Learning Interactions the Select Interaction dialog opens but there's is only one blank interaction (with the label "fx") shown.

What's happened to the 31 *.wdgt files?

Sorry, I found them in Widgets.
