Add-in issue with PowerPoint 16 (Windows 10 & Presenter 11)

Hello,

I constantly encounter issues when working on PowerPoint 2016 with Presenter 11, especially when editing audio or manage interactions. I already updated the PC to 16G memory and 500G hard drive i7. How to solve this issue permanently? Thanks.
