Add interactions to video

Hi everyone! I need a tool to add hotspots, timetrigger, links to a video. I found some online tools but I need a tool that I can use locally. Adobe has any soft that can help me to create this? I already use the Creative Suit 2020.

With Adobe Captivate it is possible to create Interactive Videos. I am not sure this is what you want. Here is a example of an interactive video.

Custom Play/Pause button

Essentially you'll get bookmarks (which I used for the menu), and overlay slides. You can have a video or a link on an overlay slide. You can have Knowledge Check slides as well. The blog explaining the set up of that example video:
