Adding Audio Files to Captivate 5

I am looking for some help with adding audio files to Captivate 5 eLearning lessons. I was using f4v files, but they do not publish correctly to the Adobe Connect Pro. I would like to be able to add audio to my slides with a player so that the end user can start and stop the audio when they are ready.

I would appreciate any help I can get with this problem.

Thanks

    Hello,

Is it necessary to have all the controls for the audio (play, pause, stop)?

You can add audio to an object and control the visibility of that object, when it is visible audio will play (from the start), when it is hidden audio stops. Pausing can be done by using a system variable. The object can be perfectly invisible to the user. I illustrated some of the ways to use object audio in my latest blog post:
