Adding background track to Captivate file in Audition

Hi.  Does anyone know how to add a second track to my entire project audio once I trip over to Audition?  I want to add background music and control the volume more than the Captivate feature for a background audio clip allows.

You didn't get any answer yet, probably because the question is not that clear. Are you using the roundtripping feature to edit project audio in Audition? If yes, which version of Audition and Captivate do you use? If you are indeed looking for a work flow to add a track to Audition, maybe you'll better turn to the Audition forum.

Hi Lily.  Yes, to your question.  Captivate 9 to Audition 8.

Perhaps  you are right.  Thanks for responding.
