Adding buttons or text captions to quiz slides

I've added text boxes and buttons to the first slide of a file, and set the display to Rest of Project. At the end of my file, I have some quiz slides. However, the text boxes and buttons do not appear on these slides in the compiled file. I can add the text boxes manually to the slides, but not the buttons. How do I work around this?

    Hi there JBiasatti

    Buttons cannot be added to Question Slides. About the only way I can fathom them working would be to create some special buttons in Flash (Assuming you know how and have Flash available) and drop them onto the Question Slides as Animation objects using .SWF format.

    What would you want the buttons to do? Keep in mind that Question slides have their own buttons.

    Thanks for the response. I'll look into the animation idea.

    I want to place default buttons on each slide in my project (including on the quiz slides) that allow users to email questions (Ask Us) and to take a survey to review the courses (Feedback).
