Adding Captivate to Team

How do I add Captivate for a user in my team?  When I click the buy link on the captivate page, it takes me to the "My Teams" page.  On the My Teams page, in the add license drop down,

According to the sales group, turns out you can only add it once you have ordered 10 copies of captivate.  Had to manually setup the user with the person on the phone.  Not a good feature, because there would be no way for me to have a license of it until we hit the 10.
