Adding File Attachments to a Non-Adobe Connect Server

If I wish to publish my presentation to a Non-Adobe Connect Server, is there a way to get the "paperclip" to show up containing my attached files within the viewer?

I am not sure what you mean, but you can attach files via Settings tab - Attachments. Access to attached files - icon at right corner of playbar.
