Adding Julie Neospeech Voice to Captivate 5.5

Has anyone tried to do this? I have Kate and Paul, but would like to try Julie, which is supposedly newer and better. I understand that I can add her voice without a problem, but can't determine, to save my life, where to find the download, and how to apply it.
