Adding PPT slide, carries through entire project

Help, I have a project that started from a ppt file. I needed to add a slide, so go to Insert>Other Slides> ppt slide. It comes in, but when I publish, the slide I inserted carries through the background of the entire project.

The properties are set to no transition and to display the slide for 39 seconds.

What am I missing? Using CP4

Did you import as an animation or background image? If animation, it may be set for "rest of project".

I think that in CP4 you cannot import slides as a background like in CP3.
I have the same problem in a project CP4 created from a PPT document, if I select "advance on click" when I create the project, the first slide carries through the other slides...

I found tha same strange behavior appened when I import a PPT document that uses different schemas to base on the slides.
I linked all the slides to the same schema and the problem gone,

Hope it help someone.
