Adding Users in Captivate Prime

Paul, i been trying to fix something but is impossible... adding external users on prime it simple dont work-. i try with all kind of navigators chrome, explorer etc etc. prime support dont answer, even on phone. a month and nothing happens. i know you are the sensei in Cp. if you have any sugestion please let me know. Thank You.
