Adjust Highlight boxes

Using Adobe Captivate 2019. In a Software Simulation project, I try to adjust the shape of the Highlight boxes, but I can't get this to work. Any suggestions anyone? Thanks in Advance.

    Not sure what you mean exactly. Know that highlight boxes are always rectangular in case you wanted to switch that.
