Anyone know how to adjust the volume of an inserted flv file? it doesn't seem to matter how loud the original video is (I have several versions at different volume) the published Captivate project is playing them at the same low volume and much quieter than the rest of he project.

Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

Which version of Adobe Captivate are you using ?

Are you on MAC or Windows Computer ?

How you are inserting that FLV video ?

What output are you publishing ?

Thanks,

Hi Vikram,

I think I am conversing with you on this same matter on another forum too.  It's Captivate 5.0, Windows 7. I insert it by using the inert tab and scrolling to flv or F4V file. i am publishing as an executable file.

Does it happen with a specific FLV video or with a sample as well ?

Is that CP 5.0.0 or CP 5.0.3 ?(Help -> About Captivate) ?

Thanks,

Vikram
