Adob Captivate has stopped working

close the program

above msg appears 1 minute later of opening captivate. I can not do any project. pls help asap since there many objectives are pending.

    I too have this problem. My name is Judy and I have Adobe Captivate 9. I took my macbook pro to the repair shop and they replaced my hardware LCD screen. No software changes occurred. I just tried to open my captivate 9 app and it would not remain open (there is a long list of data on why it closed). I contacted Apple. They said that it may be that I needed to upgrade to Sierra OS so I did but the app still does not remain open when it is trying to open. Can you help with this issue?
