Hello everyone, does anyone know if a new license is required when moving from Adobe 11.0 to 11.1?
I currently have a 11.0 Single-seat license, when trying to reinstall with the 11.1 installer package my key would not be accepted, so I now think maybe a new license is needed?
Yes, you will need to contact Adobe Support to get a new serial key for Presenter 11.1. There shouldn't be any charge for it if you provide your current Presenter 11 key.
And yes, this seems like a poorly thought out upgrade path for existing customers.
