Adobe 6.1 on Mac...buttons missing, not useable, anyone else?

Hi,

Since I have the subscription I upgraded to 6.1 - and then had to uninstall and go back to 6.0 when I realized that when I go to record audio, all the 'save' 'close' butotns are completely missing.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? I am on Mac Lion

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching Adobe Community.

    Please try the below mentioned steps:

    • Save your project.
    • Close Captivate.
    • Go to /Users/[user name]/Library/Preferences/Adobe Captivate 6 folder.
    • You may have to use the Go > Go to Folder option as Library might be hidden.
    • Rename the Adobe Captivate 6 folder to anything.
    • Relaunch Captivate and see if it is working for you.

    We have renamed the preferences folder so in case if this doesn't work, we can always go to the old preferences.

    Hi, Thanks - I had actually already tried that when I first noticed it and it did not make a difference for me....
