Adobe Captivate 12.3 LMS Upload Trouble

I recently created a course using Adobe Captivate 12.3 and successfully uploaded it to my LMS. However, after testing, I discovered that if a learner exits the course, they cannot resume from where they left off in the video. I suspect this is because the entire video is contained on a single slide. To address this, I updated the course in Captivate and divided the video across multiple slides. Now, I'm facing a new issue: the course zip file won't upload to the LMS at all. What am I doing wrong?

What you are describing should work fine. Try sending an email to captivatehelp@adobe.com explaining your problem. Adobe Technical Support is pretty good at getting back to you.

I have come to the conclusion that the zip file is too large for my LMS. I did not have this issue with the older Captivate version. I am going to reach out to Adobe, thank you for your suggestion!
