Podria ayudarme, adobe captivate 2017 se cierra inesperadamente.

Are you on Windows or Mac? If you are on Windows: do you Run Captivate as administrator? Is Captivate installed on your system, not on a networked drive? Are the folder defined in Preferences, General (Publish at and Project Cache) both pointing to folders on your system, not on a networked/external drive?

Hi, I'm using windows, adobe captivate is installed.

I have already run it as an administrator but it shows me that error.

What can I do to solve it?

Legend

Clean the Preferences. Look in the subfolder 'utils' under the installation folder, and run the file CleanPreferences. Captivate has to be closed. You are sure no networked drives are used?
