Adobe Captivate 2017 installation

Question

I currently use Adobe Captivate 2017 where I work. My desktop computer (programs and everything) are being transferred to a new laptop (Windows 10). I have the license number for the Captivate 2017 software my company purchased for me, however, I do not have the software to download the program.

I've looked everywhere on the Adobe Captivate sites, but it is no where to be found.

Can someone please point me in the direction of the download so that system support where I work can download Captivate 2017 to my new laptop?

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I work for a very security conscious company. Is the link you're providing something that systems folks would be comfortable using? They may be hesitant to use this because it's not directly from Adobe (where the software was originally purchased).

ProDesign tools is owned by an Adobe Community Expert. I just tried to help.

Adobe supports since a while only the two most recent versions.
