Adobe Captivate 2019 64 bit error codes 183 & 1

I have tried installing Adobe Captivate 2019 64 bit, downloaded the file Captivate_2019_x64_LS21.exe, It partially installed the first time, but it is not listed in Add/Remove Programs. The same error occurs each time "Installation Failed with Exceptions" - codes 183 & 1.

I have added information from the log file Install.log (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers).

I have spoken to Adobe Support and downloaded the setup file 3 times and tried installing at least 10 times. Can anybody provide a solution to this problem? Thank you.

    I doubt that the issue is a problem with the install file package.  You would be getting the same package everyone else downloads.

    It seems to be indicating you don't have enough permissions to perform the install to the target folder location.

    Are you the Administrator for this computer?

    Are you trying to install it into the default locations or somewhere else?

    Hi Rod,

    I am using a domain administrator account on a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit system.

    I am installing Adobe Captivate to the default locations that setup uses.

    I have installed other programs (non Adobe) without any issues using this admin account.

    Does your Win7 system meet the system requirements?  Is it the correct Service Pack number?

    Adobe Captivate system requirements

    Being able to install other Adobe apps doesn't necessarily count when you are talking about Captivate.  It's a different beast.
