Media/Assets is blank .Any idea how to fix it ?

So this was supposed to be fixed with the latest release of Adobe Captivate 2019 (Update 5). There was an interim solution made available in August. If you are unable to update your copy of Captivate 2019 (recommended), you try the steps here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/captivate/issues-with-asset-panel-in-adobe-captivate-2019-release/td-p/11340288

Hi, I also have the blank Assets panel. I am running version 11.5.5.553 and have also tried the AssetPanel.js fix, without success. Are there any other possible solutions? I am running trial version, as I wanted to be sure the product will suit my requirements before purchase.

Any help greatly appreicated.

I am in the exact same boat. I tried this fix as well, without success. This happened when I first downloaded it, and deleting my elearning assets then restarted. It worked then, but not today.
