Adobe Captivate 2019 is not responding

I'm facing an issue with captivate on my computer. Whenever I am opening adobe captivate the system is not responding and then it close the program automatically. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program but it didn't help.

    Please provide more details. Are you on Mac or Win? Which version of the iOS are you using (if you are on Mac) and which exact version of Captivate? You'll find the full version number under Help, About Captivate.

    Did you already try to Clean the Preferences? Have a look at:
