Adobe captivate 2019 keeps on crashing, after opening any project or loading a new project

I have reinstalled Adobe captivate, even change the compatibility of the software to run as administrator. Still i am facing the same issue software dosent work.

    Did you clean the Preferences? Are you sure that the used CP version is compatible with your OS version?
