Adobe Captivate 2019 NeoSpeech Voices - Installer has a Blank Install Screen

With Captivate 2019 already successfully installed on my machine and working 100%, I then tried to install Adobe Captivate's NeoSpeech voices .exe file, as an administrator, but all I get is a blank Adobe Captivate Voices Installer screen.

The Voices filename: Captivate_2019_x64_Neo_Content_LS21.exe

Adobe 2019 version on my machine: 2019   11.5.5.553

Adobe often uses a two-step installation process. The first part is just to unpack the compressed install files, usually to a folder on the Desktop.  Then you need to look inside that folder for the setup.exe file that actually does the installation.

Check your desktop to see if there is an extra folder there.  Your installation might only be half-way completed so far.

Thanks for the suggestion Rod. I did unzip various files. What I noticed when I used to the Task Manager to close the blank install screen, is that the install package is for 32 bit installs, not for my 64 bit operating system!

I suspect that's the issue right there. I need a 64 bit install package.

Yes you should definitely install the 64bit version of the voices if you are on a 64bit system.

Did you install from the TTS dialog box?

Are you on Win10 or Win11?

Am on Windows 10 Enterprise. The installer package indicates 32 bit, not 64 which is my operating system. I suspect that may be the problem right there.
