Adobe Captivate 2019 not responding

Hi I am creating a project on captivate 2019 and have seen that the app frequently goes on  "Not Responding" mode.

 

Please suggest what can I do about it.

    Just a couple of suggestions, because I have no idea about the specifications of the system you are using.

    If possible use Captivate from a SSD, not a HDD. Make sure to have enough free space on the disk used to store the projects (never work from an external drive or from a shared drive). Clear the cache regularly (Preferences, General Settings). If you are on Windows, maybe try to avoid OneDrive (I don't have that problem myself) during work on the project. The problems are probably worse when you are working with big projects. Try to make them as lean as possible by using a good custom Theme, reusing variables, replacing duplicate advanced actions by shared actions.
