Adobe Captivate 2019 Project Text to Speech Not Transferring to Video (MP4)

I am trying to republish my Captivate 2019 files into MP4 files.  The CPTX and SWF files that have been previously published had text-to-speech audio entered.  When I publish to the Video MP4 the audio file does not seem to transfer.  I tried uploading the MP4 file to MS Stream to check and still no sound.

Can someone advise if there are any issues with transfer of this audio file?  Or if there are steps that I should be taking to transfer the file?
