Adobe Captivate 2019 Red screen....

Hi

Can anyone help... i seem to have a red screen appearing at the end of my Captivate project when previewing...

My project is currently 9 slides long each containing a short video and simple graphics and no interactions.. I'm working on a PC using Windows 10

The only info I can find online seems very outdated...

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Is there an image where the red screen appears? Do you also see it when published? Check graphics driver, needs it to be updated?

    I would also suggest you try changing the Slide Quality setting on that particular slide to High Quality 24 bit.  The red screen issue sometimes relates to graphics on the slide being unable to be rendered in the current setting.
