adobe captivate 2019 to update new version

HiI recently purchased the latest version of Adobe Captivate, and I am excited to start using the new features. However, I am facing an issue when trying to open my old projects, which were created using Adobe Captivate 2019.Whenever I attempt to open these projects in the new version, they do not seem to load properly, and I am unable to work on them. This is causing a significant disruption, as I have several ongoing projects that I need to continue working on.Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? If there are any specific steps I need to follow or settings I need to adjust, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Additionally, if there is a compatibility issue, I would like to know if there are any available workarounds or if an update is planned to address this problem.

Sorry, but currently there is no compatibility between the new Captivate and the classic Captivate.

However, you should be able to run a copy of the classic version as well for those times when you need to update old projects.
