Adobe Captivate 4 Installation errors:

Error #1: Unable to decode and import the selected wav/mp3 file.  I get this error as I click on the convert to speech button.  After researching online for fixes, I have done all the tricks that was recommended such as going into the command prompt and running the regsvr32 NSAudio.dll file.  I then come up to another error.....

Error #2 The module NSAudio.dll was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80070005.  I do not know what to do.  My other laptop installed correctly.  HELP!!!
