Adobe Captivate 5 Simulation package giving an error.

Hi,

We are getting "Adobe® Captivate® has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." at the enf of recording in simulation feature. Strange part is we are getting this message after we create MSI through Adobe customisation tool.

Error Signature:

AppName: adobecaptivate.exe AppVer: 5.0.0.596 ModName: imageutils.dll

ModVer: 5.0.0.596 Offset: 000015e6

Please help.

Hi there,

Can you try this and tell us whether it resolved the issue:

1. Go to preferences dialog at Recording: FMR

2. In the Working Folder, set 'C:\Test' - basically set the temp folder in your root directory.
