Has anyone had issues with Captivate not publishing images from the PPTx that show up in Captivate? What am I missing? I am running PowerPoint 2010 - and Captivate 6.0.1 and my published image results on some slides are poor quality, look dithered, and aren't retaining thier color or crispness. Some of the images from the PPTX aren't even coming across... here are two screenshots for example...

I checked my PPTX file and transitions were applied... when I republished the file from captivate (AFTER removing the transitions and updating the PPTX file in captivate) It still didn't work... no luck.

Are you importing the PPT using the High Fidelity option?

Have you tried setting the slide quality in your Captivate slides to High Quality 24bit?

What is the image format you have inserted in PPT file? Can you create a new PPT file with only that image and try importing it?
