I have an Adobe Captivate 7 training module on an LMS that my clients would like to have 3 buttons that would print out 3 pdf files.  Any ideas or suggestions?

    I've done this for many of my projects. Here's how:

    1. Create three buttons on the slide(s) in question and and set the On Success action from the Actions tab on the Property Inspector for each those buttons to Open URL or File;
    2. For each one enter just the file name of each PDF file in the URL field;
    3. In the down arrow drop down menu select New;
    4. Once you publish the copy and paste your PDF files into the SCORM Package (or folder where the course will reside).

    It won't work during project previews but it will work with your published project once your complete. If you wish to test it just perform a preliminary publish and don't forget to copy the PDF files into the published folder.

    Hmmm, that is not printing the PDF at all, just opening them, or do I understand the question wrongly?

    I just tried it and it doesn't print out the PDF just opens it in another browser window.  Is there another way to print them out?
