Adobe Captivate 8 failed to open in User level PC's

Hii,

I installed Adobe Captivate 8 in my PC (Windows 7,32 Bit). when I tried to Login as administrator Captivate is working fine. When I tried to login with user level captivate failed to open,

Only administrator profile it is working fine. I add the user as a administrator and I tried to open  but the same.

Please advise.

    Did you use the option 'Run as administrator' from the right-click menu on the shortcut key to launch Captivate? Having administrator rights is not the same as this functionality, although you need administrator rights for the application.

    I already tried 'Run as administrator' from user level. Also Given User as a admin rights .But the same. Only from administrator it is working fine.

    That is strange. Is Captivate installed on a networked drive perhaps? Because that could cause issues.
