Adobe Captivate 8 Fata Error

Hi,

I've been using version 8 for over two years now but have a Power Point presentation that will not load into captivate.  Every time I try to start a new project with this particular PP presentation, I get the fatal error, "your application has been terminated."  I have a feeling the PP has too much animation and/or graphics.  Has anyone had the same problem?  I did clear out my cache yesterday but still getting the same problem.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  thanks.

    If you believe it might be the size of the PPT that is causing the issue, just try a test import where you have deselected half of the slides from the project.  If that works, try another with the other half of the slides deselected.  Then try to merge the two in Captivate.
